Almost There

Before I begin I want to say that I am so happy, so very happy that summer is here. Summer means free time for me... Although that is a little different this summer, I still am happy because, at least, I'll have more time for myself than before.


With all I have passed during the last months I just want to know: Do I have to do this? Do I really have to suffer so much? Well, I might not be able to find a solution to these questions, but I know this: I am closer to my destination than before I passed what I passed. At least I am more clear about why I am here. I can't say why I am here exactly, I can't remember why do I have to "pay" for something I haven't done wrong, or why is something that seems good actually makes me feel so... wrong.

But, once again, I feel like I am a step closer to my destiny. I don't know what my destiny is, but I know that I am getting closer to it...

Well, yeah! Of course it is good. After all, we are the ones who are supposed to be helping all others out. If they do not help each other we are the ones whom are left for the task, if we are not present, who will help those who do not know of Christ?

Besides, we also have the right to express ourselves through art, right? I believe I can actually let go of stress through art and actually let other people know how I feel through my artwork; an even if I don't have stress, I am someone who likes to create things through art and science.

If you are here its because you either want to have fun, or express yourself, or let go of stress, or because you like to talk to people you do not know up close(that, if you see them, you cannot recognize them), or some other reason. One way or an other, you are here; have fun while you're at it. But don't forget that you are a christian and that our Lord has set us to do something(go throughout the world and preach of these good news to all creatures) and that we should not forget one thing for doing an other. You can be here and talk to other people and help them stabilize their lives a little bit; but please don't try to solve problems yourself, there are problems that are not yours to help with or that the person didn't ask you to help him/her with it. It is not easy, this life, but if we are here we can live with happiness and enjoy every aspect of life without hurting anyone and without doing things that, even though we might see it as something good, we shouldn't do because it might hurt someone else; and knowing that those who triumph over sin with Christ have a crown up in heaven.

Everything you say is true, and I never particularly thought about it in that perspective with dA. I always just tried to focus on my friends and family members to turn them to Christ...
Thank you very much. I love having christian friends on this site, or people that have a relationship with God - it just makes this site so much better!

Well, at least I know I'm not alone here and that God's message will get even further. I hope that your family gets to know how good it is to know God, and how beautiful it is to serve Him.
